Position: Tier 2 level Support

Description: A Tier 2 support engineer would bring excellent desktop as well as server level administration support to the table. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years experience supporting end users in a variety of settings, experience with Active Directory, DNS, FTP, IIS etc. as well as some networking experience. Ability to troubleshoot remotely, "hand hold" the less experienced users and maintain professionalism dealing with novice users. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology preferred, 3-5 years exp required, professional certifications as appropriate. Virtualization experience a plus.
